"Who doesn’t love a good Sparkling Shiraz? Well, apparently quite a few people, as I am assured that it is a love-it-or-hate-it style. That said, those of us who do enjoy a good Spurgles, as it used to be known, really do enjoy them (personally, I am not welcome at the family Christmas unless I arrive with a couple of bottles). From a single vineyard in the Adelaide region, this is an inky deep purple. Oozing delicious."
