A Naked Wines Exclusive
"The ancient spherical astrolabe is in honour of my ancestor, John Couch Adams, who in the 1800's was credited for discovering Neptune. A symbol of exploration and discovery, it's a constant reminder to me to keep on doing just that.
Angels, thank you for the support and allowing me to continue to push the boundaries. These wines exist because of you."

The Couch Family Reserve Shiraz
A rare release, this is an extraordinary super-premium Shiraz.
"Made from Barossa's gnarly old vines and matured in three year air-dried French oak for 36 months prior to release. This wine pays homage to a unique style I spent 20 vintages developing when at the helm of winemaking with one of Australia's most distinguished family winemakers."
-
The Couch Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
"Big, rich and unforgettable: A Sorby Adams red that's ready to impress."
Delivers an expert blend of grapes from the Eden Valley and Barossa Valley. Matured for 36 months in three year, air-dried fine grain French oak before release, which gives it delicious length. Superb balance of both fruit and oak, and at least 15 years aging potential.

Eden Valley Pinot Gris
A juicy palate, finely textured with citrus and pome fruits. Beautifully
rounded, offering flowing mouthfeel and bright fruit flavours. Serve as an aperitif or with Sunday's roast chook. -
Eden Valley Riesling
Bright citrus notes dance on your tongue, but this wine also has a very satisfying, well-rounded finish. It has an intoxicating scent of fresh green rockmelon and Granny Smith apple flavours, chased by lemon peel and blossom aromas. Great cellaring potential.
