Tristan & Isolde is a medieval tale of two star-crossed lovers, Knight Tristan and Princess Isolde, told from the 12th century.

Tasting Notes

Colour:

Deep cherry red with plum purple hue.

Aroma:

Blackberry and raspberry with star anise and hazelnut characters on the nose.

Palate:

Gratifying with succulent blackberry fruits with a full mouthfeel and excellent depth of flavour. Richness and velvety smooth tannins lead to a persistent finish.

Food Pairing:

Perfect for char-grilled beef with vegetables, rich slow cooked meat dishes or ripe cheese platters.
